Inger Parker, PMP, CSM
Inger Parker is a certified Project Manager and Scrum Master with more than 15 years of leadership in Program and Project Management, Contract Management, Business Process Improvement, Information Assurance, Software Development Management, Agile/Scrum, Business Operations, and Strategic Management. Inger’s career spans management in the federal and private sectors. She has technical program management experience as a contractor at the US Patent & Trademark Office and the US Department of State. Inger holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity Technology.

Samuel Moultrie, PMP
Samuel Moultrie is a certified Project Manager professional with more than 20 years of Information Technology Program Management experience. Samuel has experience designing, implementing and managing multi-million dollar programs and solutions in Enterprise Network Applications, IT Architecture, Network Infrastructure, Sustainment and Unified Communications, and Cybersecurity. Sam has extensive experience managing daily operations of federal contracted services with the Department of Defense (US Air Force and Air National Guard), US Department of State and other agencies.
